Psychologist, Family Therapist in Training

I started my studies in psychology at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church after several years of experience in the field of business, economics and IT. I earned my degree in psychology, specializing in interpersonal and intercultural studies, with a systems thinking. It was during my Master's that I became really interested in couple and family therapy, which led me to choose this as a specialisation, as it is where I can apply my systems thinking approach. I am currently a family therapist in training with the Hungarian Family Therapy Association.

As a psychologist, I believe that a good life is built on good relationships, and that connecting with others is a fundamental human aspiration. In this process, difficulties and stumbling blocks can occur, and professional help and a new perspective can make a difference. This is where my therapist partner and I can offer our couples and families who come to us a sense of commitment, empathy and support.

At the Soul Key Psychology Centre, we offer family and couples counselling with Ákos Szendi Friday afternoons and evenings.
