Psychologist, Coach, Family and Couple Therapist in Training

Everyone has the strength and opportunity for positive change - I can help achieve this with active listening and practical tools.

For me, the starting point of the counselling process is that everyone knows their own life best - what I help the person asking for help to reach their own solution. In this, I combine a family therapy, cognitive and person-centered approach, in some cases with exercises from coaching. The counselling conversation is a safe and supportive environment where you can step closer to your difficulties and recognize patterns that may be repeating in your life - schema therapy methods are extremely useful with this.

I work with adults who want to learn about their own resources, move on from their blockages and want to live a more balanced and authentic life, hearing their own voice in the midst of expectations. During my professional studies and work, I gained experience in multinational companies, education and career development, as well as in the field of healthcare.

I graduated as a psychology major in 2016, and during my studies I spent a semester in Leuven, Belgium, where the education was focused on cognitive and person-centered psychology. This also helped me gain a perspective on intercultural difficulties.

Since 2021, I have been participating in training therapy with an analytical approach. I am currently a schema therapy consultant in training, and I am studying family therapy. I also have a coach qualification, which I find particularly useful in the case of work-related difficulties.

Currently I work at a psychiatry as a psychologist, and I lead individual and couple’s counselling in my private practise. I find it important not only to look at a situation from an individual point of view, but also to understand the social aspects.

Priority areas for me are relationship difficulties and workplace problems, self-esteem and career change and burnout.
